• Postal address (for collection, delivery or postal services)
• Details of equipment submitted for calibration

Your personal data is used for the purposes of:

• Providing calibration services and issuing calibration certificates
• Communicating with you regarding your equipment and service requests
• Processing collections, deliveries and postal returns
• Maintaining our client records and service history
• Responding to enquiries submitted via our website contact form

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given your explicit consent to do so. See clause 1.6 below.

We retain client records and calibration history for a minimum of 6 years in accordance with standard UK business record-keeping requirements. Equipment calibration history may be retained longer to support traceability requirements.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
• Object to or withdraw consent for processing of your data

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Our client records are maintained on secure internal systems and are not accessible to the public.

With your explicit consent, London Xpress Calibration Ltd may share your business contact details with carefully selected trade partners, such as tool suppliers, insurance providers and training companies, for the purpose of sending you relevant business offers and information.

This consent is:

• Entirely optional — it is not required to use our calibration services
• Recorded — your consent choice is captured at the point of registration
• Withdrawable at any time — contact us at j@xpresscal.co.uk to withdraw consent

You can give or update your consent preference via our Client Registration / Update form.

This website does not use cookies or any similar tracking technologies. We do not use analytics software, advertising networks or any third-party tracking tools. No data about your visit is collected, stored or shared as a result of browsing this website.

Our full Terms of Service, including cancellation and refund policy, are set out in our Service Agreement. By submitting equipment to London Xpress Calibration Ltd you agree to those terms.
