We offer extended hours and priority booking services for clients who require greater flexibility, a reserved daytime slot, or access outside standard business hours.

This service is designed for urgent jobs, early visits, evening arrangements and clients who want a guaranteed priority slot.

Extended Hours Booking (Mon to Fri only)

Morning: 7:00–9:00
Evening: 17:30–20:00 (Friday from 16:30)

Premium: In-person drop-off or collection: £20
FREE when using our 24/7 Safe Deposit Boxes
While-You-Wait Calibration: £35

Standard calibration charges apply in addition to the above premium.

Priority Booking During Office Hours

Premium: £35 (subject to availability)

Late arrival: 15-minute grace period, after which priority is lost.

How to Arrange a Booking

Please call 07 508 508 200 during business hours.
After business hours: You can only use text as we do not answer the phone.

Premium services are payable at the time of booking.
We will text you our bank details and the amount. It will need to be settled by return.
An invoice will be issued and the Booking will be confirmed.

Premium is non-refundable.
If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the premium will be refunded.
No liability is accepted for any consequential loss or any additional costs.
