We appreciate loyalty. The discounts below are our way of saying thank you to the electricians and small contractors who keep coming back — applied at our discretion to clients in good standing. The 5% and 10% calibration discounts are not cumulative. The collection & delivery credit is a separate reward and applies on top of the 10% trade rate where both are earned. All discounts are discretionary and may be withheld without notice or obligation to explain.

Bring 10 or more testers in a single visit and receive 10% off the total calibration charge.

Collection & Delivery Credit
Bring 20 or more testers and receive a £40.00 collection & delivery credit applied directly to your invoice. Applies whether you use a courier or come in person.

- If using a courier: client arranges, books & pays
- Client remains responsible for transit
- Applied at our discretion to clients in good standing

Tester Submission Requirements — please read before sending
To avoid delays and ensure your calibration can proceed without interruption, all testers must be submitted as follows:
- Battery fully charged before submission
- No leads, probes or clips included
- No carry case or protective cover
- No accessories, straps or attachments of any kind
- Any known faults, damage or issues must be declared at the time of drop-off or in writing when sending by post or courier
Testers not meeting these requirements may not be calibrated on the day and could incur a return visit or re-booking.
General conditions: All discounts are applied at the discretion of London Xpress Calibration and are subject to the tester(s) being submitted in accordance with our requirements above. The 5% and 10% calibration discounts are not cumulative — only one applies per visit. The £20 collection & delivery credit (up to £40 total) is independent and may be applied on top of the 10% trade rate where both are earned. All discounts are applied at our sole discretion to clients in good standing and may be withheld or withdrawn at any time without notice or obligation to provide a reason. Submission requirements must be met in full; additional charges may apply where testers are presented with flat batteries, undeclared faults, or accessories attached. We reserve the right to vary these rates at any time.
